This last 7 days has been a challenge with my new food plan in place and exercise regime. I have decided to adapt the same principles I developed within the Reshape in 21 Days Program I created in 2007. That includes working out using aerobic and anaerobic inverals by finding my anaerobic threshold (the point where your body stops burning fat and burns sugar) I am eating healthy and eating apprx. 50 percent carbs 30 protien and 20 percent fat.
