Good Morning! WOW! What a great weekend. Weather was nice here in Fairfield County, and boot camp has been incredible! We have over 50 people registered and things are rockin’ and rolling! Hey everyone! So here is my favorite reciepe of all time. See most things you eat have tons of sodium in them. For example…anything that is wrapped or canned, has to maintain a specific amount of shelf life right? The current food pyramid is need of desperate change and it looks like it is finally happening! I think it is not user friendly and totally confusing. It took 20+ years for others to finally catch on and relize that this was never a guide to actually tell us the exact choices of how to eat healthy.
