Hey.. It has been an amazing 3 weeks with my campers in class. They have serious kicked some ass BIG TIME! Every month we choose a boot camp member who has worked hard in class, made their best effort to show up, and being an inspiration to others. Kal has certainly transformed from over 206 to now just under 185 pounds in just a few months. He worked extremely hard to keep on track during his wifes pregnancy and the results have paid off! Most of the time when people are sore after a work out, that is a good thing! There are ways to help stop the soreness the next day after a work out. 1. Eat Yes…eat! Your body needs proper nutrients on your day’s off that your not in the gym. This is going to help recover and reduce the soreness faster than just ‘letting it go’ My #1 recommendation is to get Prograde’s awesome protein powder. Their powder’s are amazing!
