21 Day Fat Loss Challenge! (Start Now)


We have begun!

20 of us have started a 21 day fat loss challenge at my boot camp in Greenwich including my self!  (putting my self on the line here..)

I am going to show you what you can do right now to start on the right track for 2012 and what you can do today to lose 5-11 pounds in the next 21 days.
