How did they do it?
The real secret is that there is NO SECRET. I am serious. I am tired of people who think there is a magical secret to permanent and safe fat loss because the truth is there is not. Just get off your butt, move, then eat clean.
If you want my 3 step formula for your leanest body, then here they are.
1. To be consistent (don’t stop): I have had clients approach me that wanted to get in shape fast and lose weight, and they surely did achieve that! Then, I never saw them again. A year later, they came back heavier and more desperate. It turned out they went back to their old eating and exercise habits of doing nothing.
The key to a new body is consistency. If you
are looking for the quick fix, it is not going to work. Being consistent allows you to focus on the keeping a balanced approach to eating clean and exercising.
2. To follow a plan: Would you wake up, run to your car, put your foot on the gas pedal and expect to get from A-Z if you have no gas in the car?
I am not the best at analogies, but lets compare it to your body. If you start working out and you have no plan of how to get to your end goal, how will you reach it?
Try taking measurements and hold your self accountable to measurement weekly that
you are getting closer to reach your goal. I have my boot campers do a weekly weight check on Monday’s so they are accountable for their weight. If they are not on track,
THEY will readjust their plan and priorities. Do the same for your self. Re-assess
and create a new plan. Remember, if you plan to fail, you WILL fail.
3. Take action: Easily you can get a weight loss solution that might work. It could even be done for you and ready to go. The key is to implement it. If you
