Allison Daly is our May 2012 member of the month.
She has kicked some major butt at boot camp and has lots tons of fat. Take a look at how she has been doing it…
1. Showing up to class, consistently, even when things got tough.
2. Stayed focus on her goals and dropped over 15 pounds of fat
3. Followed necessary meal plans to help change her body composition
4. Asked for support when needed
5. Participated in our “summer ready” 49 day challenge and lost of a ton of weight
6. She stepped up and took a new challenge by doing the 2012 Spartan Race, and did very well!!
7. Lots of persistence
