Do exercises 1-12 the repeat 4 times with little or no rest!
Also try to get it done in under 20 min.
1. 20 Jumping Jacks
2. 20 Squats
3. 20 Jumping jack
4. 20 pushups
5. 20 High knees/Stationary Sprint
6. 20 alternating lunges
7. 15 Pushups
8. 20 Jumping jack
10. 20 Squat
11. 20 mountain climber
12. 30 stationary lunges, 15 for each leg
Repeat #1-12, 3 more times!
